Return & Refund Policy
- Customers can initiate a return within 14 days from Order Delivery.
- Customers can initiate returns using App, Website, and Mobile Site.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 15 working days. - Wrong Product delivered
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Hand-made items purchased are not returnable they always look different from one another as it is done by human hands.
- You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.
- You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is dispatched from the seller.
